OUR CLASSES
Kids Karate
Ages 5 – 10
A fun, structured introduction to karate fundamentals. Kids develop coordination, focus, respect, and confidence through age-appropriate drills and games.
Junior Karate
Ages 11 – 15
Building on foundational skills, juniors learn advanced kata, kumite (sparring), and competition preparation under expert guidance.
Adult Karate
Ages 16 and above
Comprehensive full-contact karate training for adults. Develop strength, flexibility, mental focus, and practical self-defense skills in a serious training environment.
