Our policies ensure a safe, respectful, and professional training environment for all students.
Delete Your IFKA App Account
Iron Fist Karate Academy · IFKA app (developer: Iron Fist Karate Academy)
You can ask us to delete your IFKA app account and the personal information linked to it at any time. You don’t need to give a reason.
Option 1: in the app
- 1Open the IFKA app and sign in.
- 2Tap your profile picture (top right) to open Settings.
- 3Under Privacy & account, tap Delete my account, then Send request.
Option 2: without the app
Email ironfistkarateoffitial@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my IFKA app account”, from the email address you sign in with (or include the student’s name and dojo). You can also call +91 73060 36562.
What happens next
We delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.
- Deleted: your login, notification settings and notifications, and your personal details: name, phone, email, address, parent or guardian details and medical notes.
- Kept: fee receipts and payment records, which Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep (usually up to 8 years). They are kept without your contact details. Attendance and belt totals stay only as anonymous counts.
If you only want to stop using the app but keep training, ask us to delete just your login. Your student record stays with your dojo.
