Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation
Students may discontinue their training and membership at any time by informing the academy.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered may include:
- Medical circumstances
- Relocation
- Exceptional personal situations
- Administrative errors
Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of IFKA management.
Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise approved by management, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Completed training sessions
- Examination or grading fees already incurred
- Tournament registration fees already submitted
- Camp fees where arrangements have already been made
Processing Time
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.
