Services
IFKA provides karate, self-defense, fitness, grading preparation, camps, tournaments, and related martial arts training programs.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Respect instructors and fellow students
- Follow safety instructions at all times
- Maintain appropriate discipline and behavior
- Use academy facilities responsibly
IFKA reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for serious misconduct.
Health and Safety
Students and parents must disclose any relevant medical conditions that could affect participation in training. Participation in martial arts involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. Students participate at their own risk, and parents/guardians accept responsibility for minor students.
Fees and Payments
Fees may include:
- Registration fees
- Monthly training fees
- Grading and examination fees
- Tournament fees
- Camp or special event fees
All fees are communicated before participation.
Attendance and Membership
Students may discontinue training at any time. However, fees already paid are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
Training materials, academy branding, logos, photographs, and content remain the property of Iron Fist Karate Academy unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFKA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in academy activities.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, training locations, fees, or academy programs as necessary.
